Expertly supervised, floor-based and equipment-enhanced exercises support injury recovery, arthritis management, pregnancy/postnatal care, and overall wellbeing, while fostering stress relief and better movement control.

Pilates Classes

At Newbold Verdon Physiotherapy Clinic, our Pilates classes combine the principles of the Pilates method with physiotherapist assessment and rehabilitative expertise. Classes provide a safe and effective way to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing, whether recovering from injury or aiming to enhance general fitness.

Class Timetable

  • Monday: 10am; 11.15am; 4pm; 5.15pm

  • Tuesday: 11am; 6pm; 7.15pm

  • Wednesday: 9.30am; 10.45am; 12pm

  • Thursday: 9.20am; 10.30am; 5.45pm; 7pm

  • Saturday: 10am

Studio Safety Measures

  • Maximum of 8 participants per class

  • Mats and equipment disinfected between classes

  • Optional use of personal pillows

  • Hand sanitiser available at entry and exit

How Clinical Pilates Works

Clinical Pilates targets deep core muscles, including the abdomen and pelvic floor, which support the spine, pelvis, hips, and shoulders. Classes focus on muscle activation, flexibility, balance, coordination, and movement control. Floor-based exercises are complemented by specialised equipment to enhance effectiveness.
