Arm & Leg Rehabilitation Treaments
At Newbold Verdon Physiotherapy Clinic, we run specialist rehabilitation classes designed to help restore confidence, strength, and pain-free movement in the shoulders, arms, and legs. These classes are led by experienced physiotherapists and tailored to those recovering from injury, surgery, or long-term conditions affecting mobility.
Shoulder Rehabilitation
If you suffer with shoulder pain or stiffness, our specialist-led shoulder classes are designed to help you move more freely and with greater confidence. Led by Upper Limb Physiotherapy Specialist Liz Lander, these sessions focus on reducing pain, improving movement, and restoring strength. Liz has extensive NHS experience running shoulder rehabilitation programmes and has trained with world-leading experts Jeremy Lewis and Jo Gibson. She has also contributed to research on managing rotator cuff tears.
Arm & Wrist Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation classes extend beyond the shoulder to address pain, weakness, or reduced mobility in the arms, elbows, and wrists. Targeted exercises and guided therapy aim to improve function and confidence, whether you are recovering from a sports injury, repetitive strain, or post-surgical treatment.
Leg & Lower Limb Rehabilitation
We also offer rehabilitation for the hips, knees, ankles, and feet. These sessions are ideal for those recovering from joint replacements, ligament or tendon injuries, arthritis, or postural issues. Exercises are carefully adapted to support balance, mobility, and long-term recovery, helping you regain independence and confidence in daily activities.
