Physiotherapy Treatment

Physiotherapy treatment at Newbold Verdon Physiotherapy Clinic is designed to reduce pain, restore movement and strength, and promote overall function. Every treatment plan begins with a detailed assessment of your condition, followed by a tailored programme to suit your needs. This may include simple but effective advice on posture and specific exercises, or it may involve more “hands-on” therapies such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, electrotherapy (such as ultrasound or muscle stimulation), and acupuncture – all proven methods to help relieve pain and speed up recovery.

Physiotherapy can be highly effective for a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Back and neck pain, including disc prolapse, sciatica, and whiplash

  • Recovery after joint replacement or orthopaedic surgery

  • Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ)
